We build KABiR Forex services to help retail and institutional brokerages run seamlessly—from launching a white-label MetaTrader 5 server to managing thousands of IB affiliates globally. Because our tools process the core operational metrics of your business, we understand that privacy isn't just a feature; it's a regulatory requirement. This Privacy Policy is meant to help you understand what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can update, manage, export, and delete your information.

Information KABiR Forex collects

We want you to understand the types of information we collect as you use our services. We collect information to provide better services to all our users—from figuring out basic stuff like which language you speak, to more complex things like identifying DDoS patterns before they hit your trading servers.

Things you create or provide to us

When you create a KABiR Forex Corporate Account, you provide us with personal information that includes your name, corporate email address, encrypted master password, and phone number. To process your subscription tier and adhere to international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements, we also collect your company's incorporation documents, proof of address, and billing information (such as credit card routing networks).

Information we collect as you use our services

Your apps, browsers, and devices: We collect information about the apps, browsers, and infrastructure environments you use to access our Broker CRM. This helps us provide features like automatic product updates and responsive layouts. The information we collect includes unique identifiers, browser type and settings, device type and settings, operating system, network information including IP address, and crash reports.

Your activity: We collect information about your activity in our services strictly for audit logs. For example, if an admin overrides an IB Commission rate, our servers log the precise timestamp, the Admin ID, and the IP address making the change. This provides your brokerage with an immutable paper trail required by CySEC and FCA auditors.

Your location information: We collect information about your location when you use our services, which helps us offer features like routing your trading platform to the nearest Equinix data center (LD4, NY4, or TY3) to minimize your execution latency.

Why we collect data

We use data to build better services. Period. We do not sell your data, nor do we run advertisements against it.

Provide, maintain, and improve our services

We use your information to deliver our services, like processing the transactions you initiate in the Forex CRM. We also use your information to ensure our services are working as intended, such as tracking outages or troubleshooting issues that you report to us.

Measure performance

We use data for analytics and measurement to understand how our infrastructure is used. For example, we analyze telemetry data from our Forex VPS nodes to optimize routing and decrease latency by sub-milliseconds.

Communicate with you

We use information we collect, like your email address, to interact with you directly. For example, we may send you notifications of impending margin-call delays, emergency node maintenance, or updates to our privacy policies.

Protect KABiR Forex, our users, and the public

We use information to help improve the safety and reliability of our services. This includes detecting, preventing, and responding to fraud, abuse, security risks, and technical issues that could harm KABiR Forex, our users, or the public.

Cookies and tracking technologies

Our websites and platforms use cookies, pixel tags, and local storage to distinguish you from other users. This helps us provide you with an optimal, secure experience.

  • Strictly Necessary Cookies: These are required for the operation of our Forex CRM and administrative portals, such as maintaining single-sign-on (SSO) sessions and preventing Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF).
  • Performance Cookies: These collect anonymous statistics on how users interact with our platform so we can improve load times and fix broken layouts.
  • Functional Cookies: Used to remember your dashboard layout preferences, dark mode toggles, and multi-language selections.

Data retention

We retain the personal and operational information we collect from you as long as we have an ongoing legitimate business need or regulatory requirement to do so.

Active Accounts: We retain your trading logs, IB hierarchies, and CRM customizations for the entire lifecycle of your active software subscription.

Closed Accounts: When you cancel your service, we cryptographically purge your databases and shred NVMe drives. However, basic corporate billing information and high-level platform audit logs may be securely archived for up to 7 years to satisfy anti-money laundering (AML) and corporate tax compliance laws globally.

Your privacy controls

You have choices regarding the information we collect and how it's used. Because we provide white-label software, you (the Broker) retain full ownership of your data models.

Exporting and downloading your data

You can export a copy of your CRM data, trader accounts, and MT4/MT5 mapping configurations at any time. Our system natively exports to CSV, JSON, or direct SQL dumps via API, ensuring you are never locked into our vendor ecosystem.

Deleting your information

If you choose to terminate your KABiR Forex contract, you can request full cryptographic erasure of your server nodes. We wipe all storage to DoD 5220.22-M standards.

Sharing your information

We do not share your personal information with companies, organizations, or individuals outside of KABiR Forex except in the following cases:

  • With your consent: We will share personal information outside of KABiR Forex when we have your explicit consent.
  • For external processing: We provide necessary data to trusted network partners to route your Broker SMTP emails efficiently. These partners are bound by strict Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and confidentiality constraints.
  • For legal reasons: We will share personal information if we have a good-faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.

Keeping your information secure

We build security into our services to protect your information. All KABiR Forex products are built with strong security features that continuously protect your information.

We employ military-grade AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. We restrict access to personal information to KABiR employees, contractors, and agents who absolutely need that information in order to process it. Anyone with this access is subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined or terminated if they fail to meet these obligations.

State and regional privacy rights

If you reside in certain jurisdictions, you may possess explicit consumer privacy rights beyond standard federal regulation.

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Privacy Rights Act, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt-out of the precise "sale" or "sharing" of personal data. Given our strict B2B SaaS model, we definitively state that KABiR Forex does not sell your data.

European Union Residents (GDPR)

For clients whose operations fall under the purview of European law, KABiR Forex adheres to strict Data Controller and Data Processor legal boundaries as defined in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We facilitate Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) natively through our admin portals.

Children's privacy

Our B2B infrastructure and MetaTrader 5 hosting services are built strictly for legally incorporated financial entities and adult professionals over the age of 18 (or the age of legal majority in your respective jurisdiction). KABiR Forex does not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child, we will expediently locate and delete that information from our internal systems.

When this policy applies and changes

This Privacy Policy applies to all of the services offered by KABiR Forex, including the Broker CRM, Article Generator APIs, and SMTP solutions. This Privacy Policy doesn't apply to the information practices of other companies and organizations that advertise our services.

We change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent. If changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice (including, for certain services, email notification of Privacy Policy changes). We also keep prior versions of this Privacy Policy in an archive for your review.
